ABOUT

Our history is people and the curvature of the earth. A core group of several individuals for nearly twenty years have trekked a good take of North America and other areas about the planet. Backpacks for camera and video gear with others carrying extra foods, water and a myriad of other supplies to share in the effort miles into the wilderness.

A team… a band of business owners, commercial executives, building trades moreover a skill set learned over time of travel across the islands, through the canyon, in the forest, atop the mountains, and down the street.

EQUIPMENT

Primary capture began with a pair of Nikon N80 series 35mm SLR cameras. A Nikon FG existed for a short time prior to substantial travel in the Sierra Nevada in California. A Nikon FA was used for several years from Mojave to the northern Cascade Mountains of the United States and Canada. A pair of Nikon N80 cameras arrived for use in Hawaii, Utah and Wyoming as well as other areas. We are nearly settled with the use of a pair of Canon S95 point-and-shoot cameras as well as a Canon S100. We considered better handheld point and shoot cameras for lightweight all around performance and practical reference for people out and about.

Currently in use are a Nikon D7500, Canon G7X and two GoPro 7 Blacks, replacing an original Sony AS-100 type POV camera. A Canon XH-A1 HDV video camera is used along with still cameras in many places. A Sony a7C and a Sony DSC RX100 recently arrived. A Nikon Z system are soon to be added to the project along with a number of additional modern electronic capture devices. Multiple MacBook Pro computers are in use along with industry software typically for display and internal business mechanics. Panasonic and Toshiba laptops are available as well.
